When you submit an enquiry or booking request, the information may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment details and a short description of what you would like help with.
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, banking credentials, identity documents, private files or other highly sensitive information through this website.
How the information is used
- to respond to enquiries and arrange a consultation;
- to deliver the service and prepare your personal action summary;
- to manage payments, cancellations and service records when applicable; and
- to meet reasonable legal, accounting or insurance obligations.
Your information is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Website forms and service providers
The website stores booking details so appointment availability can be updated and double bookings can be prevented. FormSubmit is also used to send booking notifications to CyberSafe Home by email. The website and email provider may also process basic technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver their services.
If Stripe or another payment provider is enabled, the provider will process payment information under its own privacy terms. Full card and bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not collected or stored by this website.
Storage and protection
Reasonable steps are taken to limit access to non-public information and protect it against misuse, loss or unauthorised access. No internet or email service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, administration and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to any information that must be retained by law. Use the website contact form and write “Privacy request” at the beginning of your message.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or a separate analytics service. Third-party services opened from the website may use their own cookies and privacy settings.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the booking, payment or website services change. The effective date above will be updated when a material change is made.
