Sessions focus on the things that matter most at home, including protecting important accounts, keeping reliable backups, spotting scams and knowing what to do if something goes wrong.
You choose what to cover and make any changes on your own device. I provide guidance and record the agreed next steps.
I will not ask for passwords, recovery codes, banking details or access to private files. I will not remotely control your device.
